Weekend Structure

  • Friday (PM)

    After settling into your room we will get together in the lounge and enjoy a few informal drinks. We will spend this time getting to know each other and explain the structure of the course.

  • Saturday (AM)

    Following breakfast we will take part in a few team building and trust exercises to get every body in a relaxed mood and working together. This will be followed by an introduction into meditation and meditation techniques.

  • Saturday (PM)

    After a few hours to relax and enjoy the scenery we will begin with more intense psychic exercises, starting with connecting with connecting with your guides. Following this we will be forming 3-4 small circles giving messages to members of the circle. The evening will close with a demonstration from one of our Mediums.

  • Sunday (AM)

    A time to reflect on the weekend with a question and answer session to clear up any questions you may have.
